Owner of black and white cat sought

Does anyone own a young black & white male un-neutered cat in the area? He has been visiting us for approximately 5/6 months & has lately been staying overnight. He is very friendly. He does not have a collar. He bears the marks of fights with other cats on his face - as he is a full tom that is to be expected. I would like to know if this cat has an owner as he will only keep roaming & getting into trouble if he is left complete.
