Junior Garden Society Group makes an excellent start of the 2007 season
Saturday mornings for the Junior Group have been extremely active learning
about the propagation of plants, and the various skills of gardening.
The Group tries to garden organically, so slugs and snails have had a
bumper series of midnight feasts this year, and rain and winds have taken
their tolls too.
Preparations for the Group's
float for the Summer Show are progressing well. Please remember to turn
out on 28 July to see the float as it makes its way towards the Show, and
follow it on to find the Junior Group's interesting plant stall.
