Beadle) was born in Farnham in 1907, but lived in Leigh from 1912 until
her death in 2004.. I spent a
fascinating couple of hours with her in early 1993 and recorded her
reminiscences which I am tempted to call the "Honeyball Tapes", extracts
of which were published in the Leigh Post, the Parish Magazine." P Burke. |
